Additional Infomation About Product

.The STI3470 with DC-DC Converters SOT23-6 RoHS manufactured by TMI is an ultra-compact, high-efficiency 2A step-down DC to DC converter. It has an integrated PWM/PFM controller and a 60V 2A MOSFET which allow it to be used in a very small package. It features excellent output voltage accuracy of ±1% and can operate from input voltage as low as 3V. Its wide input voltage range (3V to 40V) makes it suitable for applications with wide input voltage variations. It has an adjustable switching frequency of 250KHz~2MHz, which gives greater flexibility in noise sensitive applications. The high efficiency of up to 96% combined with its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C make this device an ideal choice for space constrained and harsh environment conditions. It is compliant with RoHS standards and is available in a 6-Pin SOT23-6 package.
