Additional Infomation About Product

The Toshiba TLP2168(TP.F) is a high-speed optocoupler photocoupler with a photo IC output, ideal for isolating circuits with high-speed switching and voltage control. The IC includes an LED and phototransistor combination, so the photocoupler can detect signals up to 1MHz. The optocoupler provides a high level of performance, with a CTR of up to 15% (max) at a load current level of 10mA, and an attenuation of only 0.5dB or less at a load current of 10mA. The device also has a high isolation voltage of 1.5kVrms and can handle a wide range of power supply voltages up to 30V.
