Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP250(F) with Logic Output Opto-couplers from Toshiba are optoelectronic components that are typically used as a current-transfer device used to isolate signals between circuits. It has a highly efficient infrared LED that is optically coupled to a Light-Activated Semiconductor (LAS). This device provides good linearity between the current transferred from the LED to the LAS. The TLP250(F) features a fast switching speed of up to 50MHz and a wide operating voltage range of 5 volts to 24 volts. This device has logic level waveform shaping capability and a very low off-state output leakage current. It also has an ultra-high insulation voltage of 2500 Vrms between input and output even when there is no input or output voltage applied.
