The AMS1117-ADJ is an adjustable low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator manufactured by TWGMC. The regulator is housed in a SOT-223-3L package, which is a small, thermally enhanced three-pin package. This package is designed to provide excellent thermal performance, allowing the regulator to run cooler and more efficiently. The device operates over a wide input voltage range from 3 to 20 V, and provides a fixed output voltage of 1.2 to 15 V, adjustable using two external resistors.
