The QM0005D with TO-252 MOSFETs, manufactured by uPI Semiconductor, is a RoHS compliant, 3-pin, P-channel, four internal channel enhancement-mode, transistor with 200V drain to source voltage and 2A continuous drain current. This transistor comes in the small outline surface-mount package and features excellent temperature stability, high speed switching, and low gate threshold voltage. This transistor also has anti-parasitic structure for ESD Protection and built in diode for EMI suppression. It is ideal for applications such as voltage regulation, motor speed control, and power management.
