The TSOP94540 is an infrared receiver designed for wideband remote control applications. It is part of Vishay’s The Suppressor™ family and features a molded plastic package with an AGC5 peak sensitivity of up to 40kHz. The device includes a built-in analog pre-amplifier and provides superior interference protection due to its excellent signal-to-noise ratio. It is available in a range of supply voltages up to 5V and features an extremely low power consumption of 10-13mW. Furthermore, the TSOP94540 has a guaranteed range of up to 12 meters and provides excellent infrared sensitivity for reliable operation.
