The W25Q16JVSNIQ is a 3V 16M-Bit Serial Flash Memory with Dual/Quad SPI manufactured by Winbond. It is designed for use in consumer, automotive, industrial, and embedded systems applications. Features include a two I/O serial peripheral interface (SPI), 13 dummy cycles for quad SPI, dual I/O and quad I/O read/write operations, fast read, program and erase operations, and a high-speed fuse throughput rate of up to 108MB/s. The device has clock speeds up to 104MHz with quad SPI interface, fast read lock-bits, and a sector protection option for protecting stored data. The low-power memory can operate at single supply voltages as low as 1.65V. The W25Q16JVSNIQ is available in an 8-pin micro-small outline package (MSOP).
