35N06 Youtai

The Youtai 35N06 is a TO-252 ROHS-compliant MOSFET. It is a three-terminal, low-cost SwitchMode Power Supply (SMPS) MOSFET. This MOSFET is configured in a vertical arrangement with a P-channel power MOSFET and an N-channel power MOSFET in a single TO-252 package. With an RDS(ON) of 0.059O max, it is ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications such as D2PAK and DPAK SMPS designs. Its RDS(ON) also ensures low-loss switching between 12 V – 18 V supply rails. Its high current capabilities enable the Youtai 35N06 to accomplish high-performance switching with low voltages. In addition to the ability to handle high current, the Youtai 35N06 also boasts a high switching speed. This makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications including power supplies, motor controls, and LED drivers. The TO-252 package also provides excellent thermal dissipating characteristics, allowing this MOSFET to maintain a reliable operation even at high temperatures.
