The AOD5B60D is an integrated circuit manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS). It is a high efficiency, non-synchronous, Buck switching regulator that operates in either step-down (or Buck) or step-up (or Boost) modes. This IC contains an internal MOSFET switch, low-dropout regulator (LDO), voltage reference, and oscillator. The device features high-switching frequency of up to 2.2MHz, ultra-low quiescent current, a wide input voltage range of 6-60V, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation, and low noise operation. This IC is used in various product designs including communication, computing, consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive systems.
