AOZ8802A Ultra-Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array General Description Features The AOZ8802A is a transient voltage suppressor array z ESD protection for high-speed data lines: designed to protect high speed data lines such as HDMI, IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (ESD) immunity test MDDI, USB, SATA, and Gigabit Ethernet from damaging Air discharge: 15kV Contact discharge: 15kV ESD events. IEC61000-4-4 (EFT) 40A (5/50nS) IEC61000-4-5 (Lightning) 2.5A (8/20S) This device incorporates four surge rated, low capacitance steering diodes and a TVS in a single Human Body Model (HBM) 24kV package.
