Additional Infomation About Product

The ACPL-W346-500E with Logic Output Optocouplers is a transceiver optocoupler from Broadcom. It features a 4-pin single-inline package with complementary output and Protection against Polarity Reversal. It has an input-output isolation voltage of at least 5300 Vrms and is capable of switching up to 100mA. It also has an output voltage of up to 12 V and a propagation delay time of both tPLH and tPHL of 20 ns typical at 5 mA. This Broadcom optocoupler is intended for applications requiring high speed data transmission with thermal protection on the logic output side.
