The BD676 is a medium-power, NPN Silicon Darlington transistor from CDIL, an electronics manufacturer in India. It is rated at 500 mA collector current (Ic) and is mostly used in switching, amplifying and driving applications. This transistor has a low noise, low saturation voltage and high current gain which makes it very suitable for a variety of circuits. The BD676 features two highly-saturated NPN silicon transistors, an integrated controller and associated circuitry for switching, current limiting and thermal overload protection. The BD676 can be used for driving relay coils, LEDs, incandescent lamps, small motors and many other applications.
