Additional Infomation About Product

The BD680 is a power transistor developed by Continental Devices India Limited (CDIL). It is an NPN type silicon epitaxial transistor, intended for audio power applications such as power amplifiers and power oscillators. It has a low-voltage operation capability of up to 60 volts VCEO and can handle up to 8 amperes of continuous collector current. The BD680 can operate in temperatures ranging from -55 to +150 degrees Celsius. It also has a high gain of hFE up to 800 and can endure up to 150 watts of power dissipation.
