The KA7812B Linear Voltage Regulator is manufactured by FeiHong and is a TO-220 RoHS compliant three-terminal device with an embedded 12V, 1A fixed output voltage. It is a linear regulator that offers excellent line and load regulation, low-dropout performance, and thermal stability. It features low temperature coefficient of output voltage along with a low-dropout voltage of 300mV (max.). The KA7812B Linear Voltage Regulator is designed for low-noise, wideband power line control applications, as well as automotive, industrial, and general-purpose DC/DC converters. Its low-dropout performance allows it to provide tight regulation even under low line and/or load conditions. It is packaged in a TO-220 package and is RoHS compliant.
