It is constructed from an advanced built-in dielectric layer for superior device stability and immunity to noise. It is rated for operation up to 30V with a current carrying capacity of up to 5.1A. With over-voltages and high temperatures, the device has excellent on-resistance, and can handle a wide range of current at various voltages. It also has a low threshold voltage of 3V along with a low gate-source capacitance of 250uA and a gate-drain resistance of 60mO at 5.1A. With an SOP-8_150mil RoHS package, this device is an environmentally friendly choice for installation in any modern electronic system.
