It has a 30V drain-source voltage rating, a 7A continuous drain current rating, a 1.1V gate-source threshold voltage, a 250uA gate-source leakage current, a 20.5mO drain-source on-resistance, a 2A continuous gate-drain pinch off voltage, and a 10V drain-source breakdown voltage.
