The FC1407 with SOT-323 Bipolar Transistors – BJT ROHS manufactured by Guoxin Jiapin Semiconductor is a small signal, low voltage NPN transistors with integrated biasing resistor for use in portable applications. This device features low-profile packaging, many-off features, improved resistance to ESD shocks, and short lead lengths. It comes with a Lead-free/ RoHS compliant surface mount package with up to 600mW of power dissipation, an operating temperature range of -40° to +85°C, and a package height of 0.6mm.
