The HC32F120F8TA-LQ32 is a 32-bit Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) manufactured by HDSC. It is a low-power, high-performance processor designed for power, size, and cost-sensitive applications. The device features an 801.8 MHz, 32 bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor with built-in floating point (FPU) co-processor and features a wide selection of peripherals, including 4-channel DMA controller, 6-channel Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller, 16-bit timer/counter (TCTM4), General-Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) ports, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), CAN 2.0b interface, and I2C/USART serial communications interface. The device also comes with low power modes, which are optimized to save power by operating in lower frequency when needed. It is packaged in a 32-lead Low-profile Quad Flat Pack (LQFP) package with four I/Os per pad, and is available in a lead-free RoHS compliant version.
