The HC32F196MCTA-LQFP80 with Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) LQFP-80 RoHS is a low-power MCU with 16 bit CISC architecture and enhanced peripheral module interface (IPM). It consists of a 32K bytes high-speed Flash memory, an 8K Byte data RAM, and a 6K Byte xdata RAM. It features five 5V, 4/8/12/16 bit timer(s), two Enhanced Waveform Generators (EWG), 11 16/24 bit Capacitive Touch Sensors (CTS), up to 19 interrupts, up to 18 external and 8 internal interrupts, up to 31 independent I/Os, and optional USB 2.0 FS and SPI bootloader. The HC32F196MCTA-LQFP80 is also equipped with an integrated Current Source (CSI) and three levels of on-chip EMC protection. This low-power MCU supports several command sets and enables on-the-fly modification with single-cycle interrupt. It is manufactured by HDSC and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.
