The HC32L196JCTA-LQ48 is a low-power, low-voltage Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) manufactured by HDSC in a LQFP-48 RoHS package. It is based on a ARM Cortex M4 core and features 32KB Flash memory, 256KB RAM, LCD-CNTRL, a watchdog timer, and a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It supports many peripherals such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and PWM, and runs at up to 50MHz clock.
