The HDSC HC32L196KCTA-LQFP64 is a 64-pin low-power analog/digital 8-bit microcontroller with a 1.6 V core power supply. It is designed for use in applications with low power consumption and localized peak power bursts. It features 5V flash memory for executing applications, internal OTP memory for storing data, and low-voltage operation for battery power supply. It also has an integrated 8-bit timer module and a low-power sleep mode. The HC32L196KCTA-LQFP64 contains 23KB of internal flash memory, 1KB of OTP memory, 8KB of RAM, as well as a full-speed USB 2.0 controller, a 12-bit ADC, a 14-bit DAC, and an SPI interface. Furthermore, it also supports external static RAM, serial EEPROM, and up to 256 kB of external flash memory. The device is RoHS-compliant and meets IEC-60335-2-38 safety requirements.
