The HC32L196MCTA-LQFP80 is a low-power 8-bit microcontroller from HDSC that has been developed with a reduced instruction set computer (RISC) CPU core. This MCU operates at a maximum frequency of 16 MHz and is capable of running a variety of embedded applications with both Flash ROM and RAM. It includes 8K bytes of Flash ROM and 256 bytes of each RAM and OTP ROM. It supports up to sixteen 8-bit I/O ports, three 16-bit timers, and two PWM outputs. It has an integrated low-dropout regulator, analog comparator, an advanced LCD driver, and an EEPROM memory. This microcontroller is RoHS compliant and is available in a 0.50mm pitch, 80-pin LQFP package. This MCU is suitable for automotive, remote sensing, medical, sleep monitoring, and consumer applications.
