The ULN2003AMT/TR is a TSSOP-16 Darlington Transistor Array designed and manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a high-voltage and high-current Darlington array consisting of seven NPN open-collector Darlington pairs with series suppression diodes. This is a RoHS compliant device that is capable of supporting up to 500mA of continuous output current for each Darlington pair and up to 40V of peak output voltage. It is ideally suited for driving solenoids, relays, stepper motors, LEDs, and other high-voltage, high-current, low-power applications. The ULN2003AMT/TR also features built-in anti-parallel flyback protection diodes and integral clamp diodes for transient protection.
