The HT8776ARZ is a programmable and variable gain amplifier (PGA/VGA) manufactured by HTCSEMI and designed to meet stringent RoHS requirements. It is a single chip solution that provides high linearity, low distortion and high performance level-shift up to 65 dB gain control. The PGAs/VGAs offer a wide bandwidth in the frequency range of 20 MHz to 700 MHz and a 3rd order intermodulation distortion (IM3) of up to -39.5 dBc. It is supplied in a 8-pin SOP package and provides adjustable variable gain control with a 0 to 5V control voltage range. The HT8776ARZ can be used for a range of applications that require wide dynamic gain and dynamic range control including down-conversion, AGC/VGA, dynamic range expansion, RF, IF and baseband signal amplification, distortion compensation, and step gain control.
