The PESD5V0S1BA ESD Protection Device, with 8V and 1.5V bi-directional SOD-323 package, is manufactured by HXY MOS. It is suitable for protection of protection of high-speed data interfaces, such as USB 3.1, USB 3.0, High Speed LVDS, and SATA-3. The device provides a high level of ESD protection for both positive and negative polarity surges up to ±15kV (Air-Gap Discharge). The device is RoHS compliant and lead-free. The device features low clamping voltage, low leakage current, and fast response time, and it provides a low mitigation resistance path even during sustained or repeated ESD surges.
