Additional Infomation About Product

The Infineon AME28461X/ESB is a silicon carbide (SiC) Automotive-Grade MOSFET. It is a power transistor used in power conversion circuits and has a maximum blocking voltage of 650 volts. With its low on-state resistance, it can help to reduce the power losses of the power converter. The MOSFET also has an integrated reverse EMF protection function, allowing it to be used in high-frequency switching applications. It has a gate source voltage of 4.5 to 15 V and can handle continuous drain source current up to 10 A with a maximum drain source voltage rating of 650 V. Additionally, it features a fast switching speed of up to 50 kHz, making it suitable for an automation-grade device.
