The BAT60A E6327 is a diode module from Infineon. It is a package including seven Schottky barrier diodes for use in voltage clamping, signal and switch-mode power supply applications. This device is rated for an average forward current up to 60 Amperes, reverse voltage up to 100 Volts and a pulsed peak repetitive forward current of 100 Amperes. Its typical reverse recovery time is 150-200nS and its operating temperature range is -55°C to +175°C. The BAT60A E6327 comes in an SOT-227 package.
