Infineon’s BB 837 E6327 is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit microcontroller sub-system optimized for battery operation in a single package. It combines the benefits of Infineon’s TLE 987 specialty microcontroller core – with an enhanced architecture to support 64KB of flash memory, 6K Bytes of RAM and diverse on-chip peripherals such as UART, PWM and 8-bit single-cycle I2C. The energy-saving technology employed in the BB 837 E6327 includes a wide supply voltage range and multiple clock management modes, while its low power MCU core makes it suitable for applications that require an ultra-low standby current under 20 µA.
