The DD100N16S is a N-Channel Power MOSFET from Infineon Technologies. It is a 600 V, 120A device in a TO-247AC package that is used in a variety of high current, high voltage applications. The device has a low on-state resistance (RDS(on)), a high figure of merit (FOM), and an avalanche ruggedness meeting all of the pulse current requirements for operation over temperature and voltage. This makes it suitable for DC-DC converters, battery management, motor control and drives, and other power applications. Additionally, the low gate charge and gate-drain charge dV/dt rating make the device ideal for applications with fast switching speeds while still providing excellent thermal performance.
