The DD285N02KHPSA1 is an Infineon Discrete Semiconductor Module THYR / DIODE MODULE DK. It is a thyristor module designed for use in the control of large-current applications. This two-pole device features a main thyristor in series with a fast-switching antiparallel diode for overcurrent and fault protection. It has a peak on-state current of 280A and a nominal off-state voltage of 2500V. It can operate from -40 to 125 degrees Celsius. The module is suitable for use in motor drives, motor control loads and soft starters.
