These advanced IPMs offers a combination of low R Trench FREDFET technology and the industry benchmark half-bridge high voltage, rugged driver in a DS(on) familiar package. The modules are optimized for low EMI characteristics. IRSM505-024 includes temperature feedback while IRSM515-024 does not.
