The S29GL512T11TFIV10 is a family of 512Mb, 3V, single voltage flash memory by Infineon Technologies. It features a 4Mb block unlocking, 8Kb of OTP, redundancy, and program and erase performance of 0.1 ms. It is available in 48-pin S29GL package and 98-pin S29GL package of 55 and 68-ball configurations. It features a 1,7V to 3,6V Vcc operating range, a 3.3V Vcc write voltage, and a fast random word access time of 20ns. It also supports a high-performance write and read in-application and 6ns sector erase command. The product also features access protection, high endurance and data retention, and enhanced ECC for increased reliability.
