It is fabricated using ISSI s high-performance Operating Current: 22 mA (max) at 85C CMOS technology. This highly reliable process coupled CMOS Standby Current: 3.7uA (typ) at 25C with innovative circuit design techniques, yields high- performance and low power consumption devices. TTL compatible interface levels When CS is HIGH (deselected), the device assumes a Single power supply standby mode at which the power dissipation can be 1.65V-2.2V VDD (IS62/65WV5128EALL) reduced down with CMOS input levels. 2.2V-3.6V VDD (IS62/65WV5128EBLL) Easy memory expansion is provided by using Chip 3.3V +/-5% VDD (IS62/65WV5128ECLL) Enable and Output Enable inputs. The active LOW Write Enable (WE ) controls both writing and reading of the Three state outputs memory.
