FMP36-015P with MOSFET PHASE LEG MOSFET MOD H-BRIDGE -150V -22A, manufactured by IXYS, is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT)-based three-phase LegMosFetMod H-bridge circuit. This module consists of a FMP36-015P IGBT as the main switching device, which has an isolation voltage of 1500V along with an LED indicator to ensure correct installation. It has an off-state voltage of -150V, delivering up to -22A current with a turn-on voltage of 4.5V. This module is designed for high-power industrial applications, providing a low inductance, low switching noise and high efficiency as a result. It also features built-in under-voltage, over-voltage and over-temperature protection.
