Additional Infomation About Product

The IX9915N is a special purpose amplifier with a high-voltage Darlington configuration, manufactured by IXYS. It is a linear voltage error amplifier with an output of 250mA. This device is suitable for use in voltage regulation circuits, and provides improved accuracy and stability in any application where current or voltage sensing is needed. It features an internal current limit which can be externally adjusted, and provides temperature protection and thermal shutdown. It is also designed for use in harsh, industrial environments, and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +200°C.
