Additional Infomation About Product

The IXFL132N50P3 is an optically isolated gate driver from IXYS Corporation. It is an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver used for controlling high-power IGBTs. It offers a maximum operating supply voltage of 160VDC, with a direct side floating supply voltage up to 800V. This driver has a shielded design that includes an internal DC-DC converter to power the low voltage logic side directly from the 800V DC supply. It also provides three independent isolated outputs and current sense resistors, which help to ensure that no power is lost during the drive of the IGBT.
