Additional Infomation About Product

The IXFL38N100P is a 100A, 3800V Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) manufactured by IXYS. This IGBT has a low on-state resistance of 0.06ohm and a fast switching speed of 75ns. It is designed to handle high power switching applications, with a maximum continuous collector current of 100A and a collector-emitter voltage of 3800V. The IXFL38N100P also has low gate charge and is suitable for use in dc-dc converters, power inverters, and motor drives.
