The IXTQ460P2 is a silicon insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) manufactured by IXYS. This transistor has an N-channel and offers 500 V of breakdown voltage, with a current rating of 24 A (Tc) and a maximum power dissipation of 480 W (Tc). It is designed for use in applications where fast switching speeds and high efficiency are required, such as high-power motor drives, welding power supplies, and traction motor control. The IXTQ460P2 features a metal-to-isolation plate structure for improved switching performance and an anti-corrosive nickel plating for increased durability.
