MicroThe JMTK3005A, manufactured by JieJie Micro, is a TO-252 MOSFET with ROHS compliance. It is a surface mount device designed for use in applications such as switching, common source amplifier, and voltage-regulators. The 200V N-channel MOSFET features RDS(on) of 0.055 Ohm, RDS(on) @ VGS 10V maximum of 0.069 Ohm, CISS of 50 pf, COSS of 3.0 pf, Rise and Fall time of 3 ns/4 ns, and Gate charge of 5.5 nC. It is capable of high current and high voltage operation and can be used in circuits with high speed switching.
