Additional Infomation About Product

The 78M12 is a linear voltage regulator with TO-252 RoHS features manufactured by KEXIN. It is an adjustable three-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 100mAdc. The output voltage can be set to any value between 1.2V and 37V with two external resistors. The 78M12 is constructed using metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) technology and features low power consumption, low noise, and high input/output isolation. It has a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and an input voltage of 8 to 40VDC. The 78M12 is RoHS compliant and is used in a variety of applications such as power supplies, actuator controls, and motor controls.
