The LR680R-N with RF Transceiver ICs SOP-8 RoHS by LCHSTAR is a low-power radio-frequency (RF) transceiver for 2.4GHz ISM applications. It operates in different modulation schemes such as O-QPSK, GFSK and BPSK, providing a low-power and low-cost solution for ZigBee RF transceiver systems. The device features include integrated power amplifier, low-power digital regulation, Ultra Low Power Wake-up circuit, 115 dB Dynamic Range RSSI, and embedded frequency synthesizer. Its wide operation temperatures range from -40 to +85°C, and offers multiple communication protocols, high efficiency, high performance, and a wide operating voltage range. The SOP-8 packaging gives user flexibility for board layout design in a space limited environment.
