It is a dual Schottky diode specifically designed for SMPS (switch mode power supply) applications and offers a low forward voltage, making it ideal for applications with lower voltage drops and high power efficiency. The LBAT54AWT1G has a reverse leakage current of 100 nA, and a forward current rating of 500 mA. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55 during assembly to 150°C and, when properly integrated into a board design, is capable of operating at temperatures up to 175°C Junction. The LBAT54AWT1G is optimized for low leakage of its two alternating paths, allowing for high power efficiency and low power consumption.
