This power amplifier operates from 27.5 to 31.5 GHz and provides 23 dB N/C 7 N/C 18 of linear gain, 2 W saturated output power and 24% GND 8 17 GND efficiency while biased at 6 V. 11 13 14 15 9 10 12 16 The MAAP-011246 can be used as a power amplifier stage or as a driver stage in higher power applications.
