Proper ESD control techniques Operating Temperature -55C to +85C should be used when handling these devices with the following rating: Storage Temperature -65C to +150C HBM Class 1B 6. Exceeding any one or combination of these limits may cause CDM Class C5 permanent damage to this device. 7. MACOM does not recommend sustained operation near these Assembly Information survivability limits. 8. Operating at nominal conditions with T +150C will ensure J Do not subject the device to excessive force, 6 MTTF > 1 x 10 hours. especially at elevated temperatures > 60C. No-clean flux is required for assembly. Post SMT washing is not recommended. 22 2 MACOM Technology Solutions Inc.
