The V pin, an internally-generated voltage supply, is BB ECL Pro available to this device only. For single-ended input Features conditions, the unused differential input is connected to V as a switching reference voltage. V may also rebias BB BB Guaranteed maximum frequency >4GHz AC-coupled inputs. When used, decouple V to V via a BB CC 3.3V and 5V power supply options 0.01F capacitor and limit current sourcing or sinking to Guaranteed propagation delay <460ps over temperature 0.5mA.
