Having within-device skews and output transition times significantly improved over the EL11V, the f > 3.0GHz MAX SY89311U is ideally suited for those applications which <20ps output-to-output skew require the ultimate in AC performance in a small package. <200ps t / t r f The differential inputs of the SY89311U employ clamping <300ps propagation delay circuitry to maintain stability under open input conditions. If 51fs phase jitter (typical) (RMS) the inputs are left open, the Q outputs will be LOW. 100K compatible I/O The differential inputs can accept 10/100K ECL/PECL Wide temperature range: 40C to +85C signals (external termination required) and the outputs are Available in ultra-small 8-pin MLF 100K ECL/PECL compatible.
