The MD5350 with SOT-89-3 Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS is a three-terminal regulator made of RoHS compliant materials that provides efficient, low-noise and low-ripple power to a wide variety of electronic appliances. It features a cutoff voltage of 3.0V-27V, a maximum output current up to 800mA, fast transient response, an overload protection and a reverse polarity protection.
