The BC857B.215 is an N-Channel low voltage MOSFET transistor manufactured by Nexperia. It has an increased power rating and improved ESD protection, making it ideal for use in high-frequency switching applications such as DVs, DVD and television receivers. Its RDS(ON) is low and its low gate-to-source threshold voltage is suitable for low-power supply operations. Its maximum operating temperature is 150°C and the maximum drain source voltage is 60V.
