The MC9S08QG4CDTER is an 8-bit microcontroller manufactured by NXP and part of the Freescale Semiconductor MCU CONSUMER ROO 9S08QG family. It contains 32 KB program Flash memory, 2 KB RAM, an 8-bit multiplier, and a 2-channel Pulse Width Modulator module. The MC9S08QG4CDTER supports clock sources up to 32MHz, and features the S08 core with an operating voltage between 1.8 and 5.5V.
