The TEA2016AAT/1J is a resonant power supply with power factor correction (PFC) manufactured by NXP. It is a highly integrated, low-cost Power Management IC (PMIC) with a wide range of features. It provides an advanced power supply solution for applications with high efficiency requirements such as network devices and computing applications. Its rated output power is at 60W, and it has a wide input voltage range from 85 to 264VAC. The TEA2016AAT/1J contains an integrated AC/DC current mode topology using the latest in NXP’s latest technologies. Primary power sensing, internal PFC controller, input overvoltage protection, high-side MOSFET, power path management and other functions are combined to simplify power supply design, reduce overall bill of material cost, and improve power density and efficiency.
